EDUCATION: Curtis Personal Trainers have a Kinesiology or equivalent degree, are BCRPA and/or ACE certified and are extensively trained through the Curtis system. This means we are able to educate you with a proven, winning plan.

As leaders in the industry, we have been actively involved in many events, conferences, associations, counsels and Colleges throughout North America. This means your custom program is derived from a combination of extensive experience, knowledge and caring derived from authorities on the leading edge of fitness and lifestyle management.





BALANCED APPROACH

Our programs emphasize a "balanced" approach to ensure safety and injury prevention. In conjunction with the clients' needs, goals and interests, our Trainer will incorporate the right combination of food management counseling, specific resistance, cardiovascular training and general conditioning.

These programs are based on the following process:
    1. Initial meeting.
    2. Fitness Assessment, Health Risk Appraisal and Personal Wellness Appraisal.
    3. Program design.
    4. Program implementation, hands-on facilitation and progress monitoring.
    5. Feedback/adjustment and re-evaluation.
    6. Goal Attainment.
